1. Acceptance of terms
UrlTestly (the "Service") is operated by Viho, a proprietorship of Seema Mehra, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India ("Viho", "we", "us"). By accessing or using UrlTestly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
UrlTestly provides automated analysis of publicly available information about websites and produces a trust score and report. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
3. No guarantee of safety
A trust score summarizes automated technical and reputation signals at a moment in time. It is not a guarantee that a website is safe, nor proof that a website is malicious. A high score means no major risk indicators were detected during the scan. Always use independent judgment before entering personal or payment information on any website.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to attack, overload or circumvent the security of any system, to scan systems you are not permitted to test, or in violation of law. Automated or high-volume use requires a paid plan and must respect published rate limits. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Accounts & billing
Account features require registration. Any future paid features will require a valid payment method; fees will be billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the current billing period.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and scoring approach, is owned by Viho (Proprietor: Seema Mehra), the operator of UrlTestly, and protected by law. Reports about third-party websites describe factual, publicly observable signals. You may share report URLs freely.
7. Third-party data
Some results may incorporate third-party sources, such as malware and domain-authority data, each subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrlTestly is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on a report. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify UrlTestly against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or abuse of the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
